Order Processing
All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Economy shipping starts from $3.99 and Standard from $4.75.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide via Standard and Priority shipping. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. Orders can be deemed lost after 14 business days from the last tracking update (domestic) or after the international delivery window has passed. We will arrange a replacement or refund in such cases.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
